Distinguished anthropologist committed to environmental and social advocacy. The National Geographic Society's first Polynesian Explorer and first female Fellow. Has lectured at Oxford and Harvard on cultural preservation and indigenous knowledge systems.

Financial technology executive and capital markets specialist. Columbia MBA, Princeton MSE. Leads DXM's integration-first approach to structured finance, securitization, and private credit platforms serving institutional clients.

Serial entrepreneur and experienced manager who has built and exited numerous technology enterprises. Previously CEO of Crowley Data Poland until its 2012 sale. Spent 25 years with LOT Polish Airlines as COO and Director of Flight Operations, managing 2,700 employees.
Ambuj “AJ” Jain
Brings deep leadership experience in the insurance industry. Holds a B.Com from Allahabad University, M.Com from the Delhi School of Economics, and both an MBA and Ph.D. from SUNY Buffalo. Oversees operational strategy for DXM's insurance technology platform.

Over 20 years with Crowley Tech. Has assisted the CFO and CEO across multiple Crowley enterprises in the US and Europe. Holds a BS in International Business and an MBA from AIU.
Anita Urbaniak
Financier and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience building technology companies. Oversees all financial operations for Crowley's Polish operating entities including Boneffice.
Jaideep Malhotra
15 years of experience building and supporting OTC derivatives trading systems at ABN AMRO and Bank of America. MBA from NYIT. Leads software development for DXM's financial technology platform.
