Backed by The Blackstone Group, CDP grows to become the region's largest fixed-wireless broadband operator across major Polish markets.

Salmon PCS — 45 U.S. Wireless Networks

Co-invested with The Blackstone Group and AT&T Wireless, operating 45 U.S. wireless networks at institutional scale.

2008Acquisition

Salmon PCS Acquired by AT&T Wireless

AT&T Wireless completes the ~$2B acquisition of Salmon PCS, consolidating 45 U.S. networks into its national infrastructure.

2012European Exit

Crowley Data Poland Sold to Netia at 68% EBITDA Premium
